Draw a picture of a gingerbread man on the middle of a piece of paper. Ask your child to label the parts of the gingerbread man.

They should be able to do this with some competency, but may need prompting for the first/ last sound of the label they're trying to write. 

Create a paper plate fox with your child. If your feeling adventurous you can turn it into a mask =) 

Write down a list of words with the 'ch' sound. Read through the list together. If they would like to copy, or have a go writing the words independently, encourage this.
